Yoga classes

In a vinyasa flow class you'll be guided through a series of movements, sequenced together with breath. Building energy and heat in the body, before slowing down with cooling postures. My classes incorporate breathing exercises, meditations and music. Variations are always on offer and I use verbal and hands-on adjustments to help you with your practice. You'll leave feeling energised, open and more connected to your body. All levels welcome.

Busy lives can lead to stress and anxiety in the body. These more calming classes go through a sequence of gentle postures, combined with the breath to help slow us down and create a sense of calm.
